Evan's Best Week Ever!

This past week was one for the books—Evan had the best time!

We kicked things off Monday morning at the airport, where Daddy and the boys were busy helping fill planes for fungicide applications. Evan loves airplanes, so he was thrilled to watch them land and take off. But the highlight? He got to touch one of the planes! Pure joy.

We also started calving season, which meant Evan got to tag along with Daddy to the pasture to check on the new babies. He watched as Daddy tagged and treated the calves, and even got to pet one—rubbing its nose and gently patting its head. He was in awe.

Midweek brought a big milestone—Evan wrapped up his summer swim lessons! He learned so much over the season and completely fell in love with the water. With the heat we've had lately, we took every chance we could to cool off.

One afternoon was spent in the yard with the splash pad, Evan’s big green truck, and our dog Max. Honestly, it’s a toss-up who had more fun—Evan or Max! Later in the week, we joined the cousins for a swim day at Uncle John's. The water was just right, and the kids splashed and played for hours.

It’s been a week full of sunshine, memories, and all the simple joys that make summer so special.
