Guess What? We're Back!

Hi friends! We know it’s been a while—we’ve been on a bit of a blog post hiatus, but we promise it was for a good reason. We've been living life to the fullest! Now we’re back and ready to share weekly updates about our wonderfully fulfilled, adventurous life.

So, what’s new since our last post?

In October of 2023, we welcomed home our son, Evan—and he has been nothing short of a blessing! Watching him grow has brought us immeasurable joy. In just his first year, Evan has already taken three plane rides and traveled coast to coast to visit family and friends—from the East Coast all the way to the Southwest.

Evan is a lover of all things outdoors, with a special fascination for cows (seriously, he lights up when he sees them!). Mom and Evan enjoy spending their Saturdays exploring parks or splashing around in the pool. But the biggest adventure by far has been everything Evan has taught us—his unconditional love, his radiant personality, and all the new lessons we’re learning together as a family.

Now, we’re thrilled to officially begin our next journey through adoption. We have high hopes and full hearts as we look forward to the day Evan becomes a big brother—we just know he’s going to be the best one ever.
